I would give zero stars if possible. Ordering from here a long time. The last few times they have forgotten an item. Gave them benefit of doubt today. This evening they forgot all the chips. Sauces went to waste. What did arrive was questionable. They said they would send them up but never did when I called them. I won't be back, money paid for food not to arrive. Children got half a dinner. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Received an email to atleast let yous know what happened for me to leave a 1 star review okay Where do I start ? Food up until about a year ago was nice downhill ever since every time I order for delivery there’s something missing this has happened multiple times why have a comment section on the app if your not going to read the comments. The food is constantly undercooked the chips pale and soggy. I ordered food the other night it said online it would be delivered in 50mins an hour and a half later food showed up missing 1 of the drinks the milkshakes were warm completely watery about a liter of mayo on the chicken burger and the driver saying it’s not his fault. Ive had a friend served chicken that was pink a danger to the public with the amount of money I’ve spent in this place over the years I atleast expect the food would be cooked and everything I ordered in the bag the bags of chips have gotten progressively smaller and the standard and customer service is dreadful I won’t be ordering food again and will not recommend to any friends again

Food is absolutely wonderful and their customer service is excellent! Once a driver delivered the wrong order which was meant for a family not 2 persons, I rang the shop and they said bin it or whatever as they would cook the order again fresh and send us up both a new order. They did so and we're very quick and apologetic and as always, food was fabulous! Food size very generous. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First and last time I’ll order from this place. Food arrived 15 minutes late and was cold. I could see from the app that the driver had the order in his car for over 40 minutes so no chance of it actually arriving hot.
A complete waste of money, poor quality and cold food, I won’t be ordering from them again.

Lovely Cod Steak for Good Friday. Chips were pipping hot but would have liked them a little crispier.
